Today is a beautiful day in East Tennessee and Spring is on its merry way, which means so many wonderful things: pastel colors, flowers, warm weather, rain showers, and Spring break are just a few. But with these refreshing and renewing things in life, allergies play a factor in there somewhere. Not only has the blogging bug hit, but these allergies have taken a toll as well. Nonetheless, I am excited to post considering I took a rather long hiatus, and what better way to cheer myself up than post about kate spade!
While I was on Pinterest, (which you should most definitely follow me), I saw one of the most perfect purses I've ever laid my eyes on. Actually, I should rephrase that... the most perfect purse for Lauren I have ever seen. It's no secret I love kate spade, but it never fails to surprise me how simplistic and classic yet bold and statement-making her designs are. I LOVE IT. Anywho, I am waiting for the day I can justify buying this cobble hill little Minka bag. My lovely sister got me my first kate spade purse for my 20th birthday and it is the cobble hill Clarke in a bright, lime green color. Needless to say, I think my Clarke bag needs a fellow purse friend that goes my the name Minka...
There it is... in all it's glory. While the purse above is in the shade affogato, this particular bag comes in almost every shade possible depending on the season and year. I love the size, the short strap for cradling in the crook of the arm, the long strap to utilize as a cross-body, the curved zipper flap, and of course the soft, cobbled leather. The most appealing part of all is the factor of how this bag can be worn on a casual day out in your tee and jeans, and then worn later on at night with your cocktail dress. Can you say versatility at its best?
